The Lyceum

The ornate Victorian theatre on Tudor Square next to the Crucible, opened in 1897 to a design by W.G.R. Sprague. After years of decline it was restored and reopened in 1990, and now takes touring musicals, opera and the Christmas pantomime as part of Sheffield Theatres.
