Cutlers’ Hall

The headquarters of the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, the trade body chartered in 1624 to regulate the cutlery trades, opposite the cathedral on Church Street. The present hall dates from 1832. Each year the company elects a Master Cutler and holds the Cutlers' Feast, one of the city's grandest civic occasions.
