The grassy park in the Devonshire Quarter, between Division Street and the ring road, with a skate area and a stepped amphitheatre. It hosted the main stage of Tramlines in the festival's early years and is still used for events and outdoor screenings. The surrounding streets, Division Street and Devonshire Street, are the city's independent shopping and bar quarter.
