Three reservoirs high on the moors west of Lodge Moor, built between 1836 and 1854 to supply the city and now a popular walking and birdwatching spot. The moor beside them held a First World War training camp for the Sheffield City Battalion and later a prisoner-of-war camp. A conduit walk links Redmires to Rivelin.
