The role: Develop an understanding of our product and service offerings Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through research and outreach Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service Learn how to handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and technical support Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Training: IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
After the apprenticeship: Progression within the organisation Further qualifications on a higher level
Working week: Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm
