Find your scene
Sheffield has dozens of scenes and most of them do not know the others are there. Tell us what you fancy doing and when you can get out, and you will get things that are actually on, plus one or two from somewhere you would never have thought to look.
Why this exists
Nearly everybody who is deep in a Sheffield scene got there because somebody already in it brought them along. That is lovely if you know somebody, and completely impenetrable if you do not. The point of this page is to be that person for one evening: to hand you an address, a date and a door you can walk through.
It will also put one or two things in front of you from a scene you did not ask about, and tell you exactly why. Usually it is because they are in the same building, or the same night, as the thing you were already going to. The choirs, the skaters, the drag nights and the running clubs share more walls than any of them realise.
Nothing you pick here is saved, and none of it is a guess about you. These are questions about an evening, not about a person.
