Apprentice HR Technical Support Officer

The role: Supporting the Management Information function Helping to produce, validate and distribute HR and payroll reports Analysing data Assisting with requests for management information from customers and stakeholders

Training: On the job training and support from a full qualified team plus training will be provided from a training provider, full details on days etc will be confirmed if successful.  

After the apprenticeship: Data Analyst 

Things to consider: An interest in data, information management and analytical problem solving. Experience of using computer applications, including Microsoft Office products. Practical knowledge of spreadsheets and the ability to organise information accurately. Good numerical skills and an ability to interpret basic data and statistics. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with a range of people. Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail when handling information. Basic understanding of data protection, confidentiality and information security principles. A willingness to learn new systems, technologies and analytical techniques.
