The role: Your training and responsibilities as an Apprentice Technician, will include (but not be limited to) the following: Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop Adhering to all health and safety procedures to ensure safe working practices Complete a range of services/repairs and inspect and prepare a vehicle to the required quality standard for handover to the customer Use a range of diagnostic equipment to establish faults Remove and replace a range of parts and components where repair is not possible Engage customers and provide a consistently good service, in person or over the phone Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area for colleagues and yourself When trained, ensure job timings are met/exceeded You’ll develop your skills alongside time-served Techs who are eager to pass on their knowledge, help you learn a variety of duties and support the whole garage. You’ll be taught and mentored to achieve your full potential and become another fully qualified member of the team. Working week: Monday to Friday (with one day per-week spent training at college) 08:00- 17:00
