I have bullet-pointed, below, the procedure and other information (including Covid safety requirements)… 🧘♀️ PRICE: £7.00 per class (see website for cheaper, ‘Class Pass’, options). 🧘🏽♀️ £5.00 online/recorded (class can be ‘attended live’ online). 🧘🏻♀️ Payment can be made in cash (correct change appreciated), credit, debit card 💳 , or other methods shown on website. 🧘🏻♂️ Free parking. 🧘🏽♂️ Booking not required (first-come, first-served, but there is plenty of room in the Main Hall 🙂). 🧘♀️ Beginners always welcome. 🧘🏻♀️ All my classes are for both women and men 🧘🏻♂️. ⚠️ COVID REGULATIONS⚠️: ✅ Please bring your own MAT. ✅ FACE MASKS must be worn in corridors and into the hall, until you reach your mat (then you can take them off!). ✅ Use MAIN ENTRANCE to ENTER and FIRE DOOR (in Main Hall) to EXIT the building. ✅ Hand sanitiser provided in the Main Hall. There is also some at the main entrance, as you enter the building. ✅ Windows will be open, to allow adequate ventilation. Run by Tim’s Pilates and Yoga. Book with Bookwhen; times and prices are theirs.
