Monday Parkour Classes at NovaCity Rotherham

Learn to jump, vault, roll and swing on the largest indoor parkour park in the UK. NovaCity’s Monday parkour classes cover Level 1 Fundamentals, the friendly, safety-first introduction to parkour taught through Nova’s own levels system, split by age:

• 5:00pm – 6:00pm Ages 6-10, Level 1 Fundamentals
• 6:00pm – 7:00pm Ages 11-16, Level 1 Fundamentals

Children who show excellent behaviour and effort can be invited into the Development class, the next step up. All that is needed is a sturdy pair of trainers. NovaCity is a not-for-profit centre of excellence for parkour and freerunning, and hosts Project Underground, the UK’s biggest parkour competition.

Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
