Nova Ninjas Wednesdays at NovaCity Rotherham

Nova Ninjas is NovaCity’s activity for under 5s who love to run, jump and climb – a mash-up of parkour and tricks moves on the sprung floor and soft blocks, building confidence, balance and strength before graduating to the big parkour park.

Progress is tracked with activity booklets full of moves and challenges, so little ones can see themselves levelling up from beginner to advanced before moving into the parkour or tricks classes. Wednesday’s session takes all levels together.

Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
