Midweek free play across the whole of NovaCity Rotherham. The Wednesday Open Session opens the parks to every discipline at once for two hours – practise what you learnt in class, work on your own projects, or just soak up an atmosphere where everyone from beginners to sponsored athletes trains side by side.

Uninstructed but always supervised, with staff on hand for tips. Comfortable clothes and trainers are all you need.
Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
