SteelYard is Sheffield’s big open-air events space in Kelham Island: a converted industrial yard behind Neepsend that hosts day-to-night festivals, DJ takeovers, tribute shows, outdoor screenings of the big football and one-off summer parties. Listings here run under its Skiddle name, SYSheffield (Steel Yard). It’s a short walk from the Kelham pubs and the tram at Shalesmoor, so it’s easy to make a full day of it.
