Nova Ninjas Saturdays at NovaCity Rotherham

The full Nova Ninjas ladder runs every Saturday morning: parkour-and-tricks play for the youngest movers, on soft blocks, balance beams and the sprung floor, with booklet-tracked progression that ends in a move up to the big park:

• 9:30am – 10:00am Baby Ninjas, ages 2-3
• 10:00am – 10:45am Mini Ninjas, ages 3-5
• 11:00am – 11:45am Advanced Ninjas

Sessions build confidence, balance and strength through play, and parents are encouraged to get involved with the littlest ones. Children need to be walking, running and climbing independently.

Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
