Safe Ground Yoga

Safe Ground Yoga is a trauma informed Yoga Class with an emphasis on finding safety in the body and regulating the nervous system.

These sessions are for self identifying women and marginalised genders – kindly led by qualified yoga instructure, Michelle Brown.

A pay what you can sliding scale, with no one turned away do to lack of funds!

solidarity price to support keeping it free for those who need it £15.

Gut opens at 1pm, arrivals from 1:10pm, yoga starts promptly at 1:30pm 🙂
