Tricks and Flips blends gymnastics, acrobatics, martial arts and breakdance tricks on NovaCity’s giant purple spring floor – from the simplest forward rolls and handstands right up to gainers and B-twists. Tuesday runs the full ladder:
- 4:15pm – 5:00pm Toddler Tricks
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm Ages 6-10, Beginners
- 6:00pm – 7:00pm Ages 11+ and Advanced
Nova is deliberately not a strict gymnastics club: creativity and adapting moves to suit each performer is encouraged, and everything learnt here feeds beautifully into dance routines and parkour lines.
Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
