Wednesday Parkour Class at NovaCity Rotherham

Nova City Rotherham

A midweek hour of Level 1 Fundamentals on the biggest indoor parkour park in the UK. NovaCity’s parkour coaching introduces the basic movements – jumping, vaulting, rolling, swinging – through the centre’s own levels system, designed to carry students all the way from first attempts to advanced technique.

  • 5:00pm – 6:00pm Level 1 Fundamentals

A sturdy pair of trainers is all you need. Stick around afterwards: Wednesday’s open session runs 6pm to 8pm for extra practice time.

Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.

Part of the NovaCity summer timetable, running through the school holidays until Rotherham schools return on Tuesday 1 September 2026. Book through the NovaCity app or the booking page; the full summer timetable is on the NovaCity site.
