The late one. Tuesday’s Open Session runs 7pm to 9pm, giving you two hours of free rein across the UK’s largest indoor parkour park once the evening classes wrap up. No class structure – just space, equipment and other people to train with, from first-timers finding their feet to seasoned athletes working on lines.

Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
