Saturday Open Session at NovaCity Rotherham

Saturday afternoons see NovaCity Rotherham’s park thrown open to everyone. The weekend Open Session mixes ages, abilities and disciplines across the UK’s largest indoor parkour park – a rare chance to train in the same space as some seriously talented athletes who call Nova home.

• 1:00pm – 3:00pm Open Session, all activities

Uninstructed free play with staff supervising throughout. Ideal after the morning classes, or as a standalone session for anyone confident with the fundamentals.

Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
