Friday Open Session at NovaCity Rotherham

Start the weekend on the park. Friday’s Open Session at NovaCity Rotherham gives you the UK’s largest indoor parkour park, the spring floor and the rest of the space for two hours of do-what-you-like training alongside the competition class crowd.
- 5:00pm – 7:00pm Open Session, all activities
All disciplines share the space, the mixing of abilities is half the point, and staff keep watch throughout. Turn up, warm up, train.
Fancy taking your training outdoors as well? The Sheffield Parkour & Freerunning community has run free outdoor sessions across South Yorkshire since 2005, including weekly meets at Endcliffe Parkour Park in Sheffield – a brilliant, no-cost complement to coached indoor classes at Nova.
