Speedway Star is a Leeds songwriting project mining the alt-country seam – aching, Jason Molina-indebted songs delivered with a distinctly British accent.
Head to the Neepsend brewery tap and events space on Percy Street on Friday 24th July 2026 from 19:00 to 19:30; as with almost everything on the Fringe, entry is free. Part of the Fringe at Tramlines, the free citywide festival that runs alongside Tramlines across Sheffield’s pubs, bars and community spaces from 23rd to 26th July.
