Where the information comes from
HM Land Registry price data, the energy performance register, Ofcom broadband coverage, planning.data.gov.uk and police.uk, wrapped around listings from members and verified letting agents.
Sheffield Events is built in the open by one small team in the city. Sections arrive when they are properly done, not before.
